Southeast Community Capital Corp. has bought the Tennessee Bankers Association's old headquarters in MetroCenter. The nonprofit organization that provides loans to small businesses paid $1.6million for the 10,000-square-foot building at 201 Venture Circle.
Charley Hankla and Walker Willse of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker brokered the transaction.
The Tennessee Bankers Association moved to a new headquarters at 211 Athens Way earlier this year.
