Ms. Rochelle is responsible for office management of the Nashville location of Southeast Community Capital. She assists the president, Clint Gwin, with communications to the board of directors, advisory boards, and funding sources. She also assists with the organization of applications and loan documents. In addition, Lori is the Human Resources and Information Technology liaison with outsourced companies. She is responsible for troubleshooting and getting all IT problems resolved for the corporation. She also oversees the security issues and access of the network.
Before going to Southeast Community Capital, she worked as the receptionist and administrative assistant at Technology 2020, SCC's former parent company in Oak Ridge. She was responsible for all IT problems and solutions for Technology 2020, Southeast Community Capital, and Digital Crossing, another Technology 2020 subsidiary. In addition, she was responsible for facility rental and relationships with the tenants of Technology 2020's incubator. Before coming to Technology 2020, she co-owned with her husband a small business, which provided "virtual tours" using the IPIX technology created in Oak Ridge. The business served the entire state of Tennessee, and they worked on several nationwide projects. She and her husband dissolved their business to relocate and start their family.
