Tracey Larsen joined Southeast Community Capital (SCC) in November 2006. She is the Senior Assistant Fund Manager for Knoxville and its surrounding counties. In this role, Tracey will have co-responsibility for the Knox County Technology & Jobs Fund and USDA loans. She is responsible for meeting with prospective clients, reviewing submitted loan applications, preparing financial analyses, preparing and presenting credit analyses, and risk grade assignment. In addition, she will provide technical assistance to prospective and current loan applicants, existing clients, and will serve as liaison in building and maintaining relationships with financial institutions and other SCC partners.
Tracey has 10+ years experience in the financial services industry, including retail bank management, insurance services, financial planning, commercial banking, and credit risk management. She is an experienced personal financial analyst and commercial credit risk analyst. Prior to SCC, Tracey was a Credit Risk Analyst for SunTrust Bank and reviewed credit relationships for Commercial Banking, Private Wealth Management, and Real Estate Finance. She analyzed borrower and guarantor financial statements, assigned risk grades to outstanding loans, monitored covenant compliance, and assisted in training and developing new team members.
Tracey has an Honors AA Degree from Valencia Community College, and studied financial management and international economics at the University of Central Florida. She earned her Bachelor Degree with Honors from the University of Tennessee in financial management. She is a Registered Financial Paraplanner from the CFP-College for Financial Planning, and was previously an H&R Block Tax Professional.
Tracey began her volunteer and service project career in 1993 which includes Habitat for Humanity, Toys for Tots, March of Dimes, United Way, Salvation Army, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, YMCA, Girl Scouts of America, Orlando Homeless Coalition, Jerry Lewis MDA Telethon, and Central Florida Mental Health Association; just to name a few. Tracey has logged more than 20,000 hours of volunteer service to the communities in which she has lived, and was recognized by Orlando Mayor Glenda Hood for her outstanding achievements.
