Mr. Campbell is Senior Vice President/Manager, Corporate CRA Division, Regions Bank Tennessee.  He was instrumental in the creation of the Memphis Business Opportunity Fund.  He has been the Chairman of Free the Children - Past Chairman, Board of Trustees, Memphis Community Development Partnership, Chairman, Board of Trustees, United Way of Memphis, and Allocations Subcommittee Chairman.  He has served on the board of many community development organizations including, Community Banker's Association Advisory Committee, Memphis Urban League, Memphis Community Partnership, and Memphis Black Business Association.
